Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you request a cleaning, the booking form asks for:

• Your name, phone number and e-mail.
• Your address, city and ZIP code.
• Details about your home and the cleaning: bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, extras, the day and part of the day you prefer, and any notes you add.

If you call, text or e-mail us, we also receive your phone number or e-mail and whatever you choose to share.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, confirm the day, time and price, and schedule your cleaning.
• To send you a copy of your request by e-mail.
• To provide the cleaning and keep in touch about it.

We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it.

Where it goes

Your request is delivered by e-mail and saved in a private, password-protected dashboard that only Laís can open. We use a few trusted services to make this work:

• EmailJS sends the request e-mails.
• Google (Gmail) is where we receive and answer e-mails.
• Upstash stores the requests for the dashboard.
• Vercel hosts this website and, like any web host, keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site secure.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep a small technical note so the opening animation plays only once per visit.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to schedule and provide your cleaning and to keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we have about you. Just e-mail laispinkcleaning@gmail.com or text (425) 351-0257.

Children

This website is meant for adults booking a home cleaning. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes
